Amends Act 2014-199 to expand membership of the Alabama Human Trafficking Task Force established by House Joint Resolution 270 of the 2014 Regular Session.

Adds two judiciary members appointed by the Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, with one member required to be a Juvenile Court Judge.

Adds one Juvenile Probation Officer appointed by the Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court and one medical community representative appointed by the task force chair.

Adds one Human Trafficking Survivor appointed by the task force chair and the Executive Director of VOICES for Alabama Children (or designee).

Adds one member each from the House Minority Caucus and Senate Minority Caucus, appointed by the Speaker of the House and Senate President Pro Tempore, respectively.
