Recognizes Tunnell's employment as Marketing and PR Director beginning in 1991 and his service as Executive Director from 1997 to 2016.

Acknowledges Tunnell's long-standing connection to the USS Alabama Battleship, including his high school efforts to help save the ship from the scrap yard and relocate it to Mobile.
