Establishes a Consent Calendar to be considered on the 14th legislative day of the session, or a subsequent day if not reached during regular order of business.

Members have until adjournment on the 13th legislative day to file objections to any bills listed on the Consent Calendar.

Bills considered on the Consent Calendar may not be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over to another day.

Includes HB19, sponsored by Representative Collins, which amends Section 41-9-410 regarding quorum requirements for the Women's Commission to hold meetings and conduct business.
