Recognizes and commends the Tuskegee Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, on its 2016 Founders Day Celebration held on February 11, 2016.

Honors Reverend Janae Pitts-Murdock, Southern Regional Chaplain of Delta Sigma Theta with responsibility for Alabama, The Bahamas, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee, as the featured Founders Day speaker.

Acknowledges Reverend Pitts-Murdock's educational credentials including a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Master of Divinity from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.

Notes the Tuskegee Alumnae Chapter was chartered as Zeta Beta Alumnae Chapter on December 5, 1922, and has provided over 92 years of community service, educational support, cultural engagement, and scholarships to students.

Extends the House of Representatives' admiration, appreciation, and best wishes to Reverend Pitts-Murdock and the Tuskegee Alumnae Chapter in all future endeavors.
