Honors Justice Da'Vell Hicks for her dedication in the New Shady Grove Baptist Church Youth Choir and outstanding achievement.

Recognizes her accomplishments as a student at Arrington Middle School, where she maintains a 3.8 G.P.A. and participates in cheerleading, volleyball, band (trumpet), Gear Up leadership group, and school mentoring.

Notes her plans to attend either Tuskegee University, University of Alabama, or University of Alabama at Birmingham, with aspirations to join ROTC and specialize in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology dentistry in the United States Navy.

Commends her character, humble spirit, and generous heart as an exemplary young lady whose actions honor the Kingdom of God.
