House of Representatives offers sincere condolences to the family and friends of Lizzie C. Tarrance of Whitehall, Alabama upon her death.

Lizzie C. Tarrance was recognized as a reverent woman of prayer who was loyal and faithful to her family and church.

She reared 10 children without sound/hearing and provided for numerous grandchildren while setting an example of love and acceptance.

Tarrance was known for her sense of humor, kindness, energy, and graciousness, and was always available to support those in need.
