Mourns the death of Mr. Frank Henderson Riddick of Huntsville, Alabama, who died on December 28, 2015, at age 86.

Honors Mr. Riddick's military service in the United States Army during the Korean War and his graduation from Auburn University.

Recognizes his public service as a member of the Huntsville City Council, Alabama House of Representatives, Probate Judge of Madison County (retired 2000), and Director of Governmental Affairs for the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors.

Acknowledges his service on local boards including the Madison County Mental Health Board and Harris Home for Children, and his membership in Chase Park Church of Christ.

Survived by his wife Barbara McDaniel Riddick (married 59 years), son Phil Riddick, daughter Teresa Chilek, sisters Miriam Riddick Dendy and Minnie Frances Riddick Nash, and grandson Steven Henderson Riddick.
