Commends the 2016 All-Alabama Academic Team for outstanding scholastic achievement and excellence.

Recognizes the All-Alabama Academic Team Recognition Program, founded in 1995, which supplements the All-USA National Academic Team Program sponsored by USA Today, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and the American Association of Community Colleges.

Honors 60 accomplished students from Alabama Community College System institutions who maintain at least a 3.5 GPA, complete a minimum of 36 semester hours in the past five years, and participate in campus activities.

Names all 2016 All-Alabama Academic Team members representing 16 community colleges and technical colleges across Alabama, including institutions such as Alabama Southern, Bevill State, Bishop State, Calhoun, and others.

Expresses the House of Representatives' heartiest congratulations to the team members and extends best wishes for continuing success in future endeavors.
