Designates bills to be considered on a Consent Calendar for the 27th legislative day of the session, or a subsequent day if not reached by that date.

Establishes that members may file objections to any listed bill until adjournment on the 26th legislative day.

Prohibits bills on the Consent Calendar from being amended, substituted, debated, or carried over to another day.

Includes SB142 (sponsored by Senator Reed and Representative Pettus), which renames the Impaired Drivers Trust Fund to the Alabama Head and Spinal Cord Injury Trust Fund and amends Sections 16-38A-1, 16-38A-2, 16-38A-4, 32-5A-191, and 32-5A-191.2.
