Commends six Prattville Junior High School students—William Gilmore, Robert Humphrey, Robert "RJ" Meyer, Alex Pearce, Carter Stockman, and Cleveland Stockman—for outstanding academic achievement.

Recognizes that the six students earned ACT scores qualifying them for special recognition by the Duke University Talent Identification Program (Duke TIP), a gifted education program operating in 16 states throughout the Southeast and Midwest.

Notes that of 2,256 Alabama students in the 2016 7th Grade Talent Search, 1,014 qualified for state recognition, with these six students among the distinguished honorees.

Honors the students' achievements as bringing immense credit to the State of Alabama and extends sincere best wishes for continued success in future endeavors.
