Commends the 2015 Mountain Brook High School Lady Spartans Volleyball Team for winning the State 7A Championship, the second consecutive state title under Head Coach Haven O'Quinn.

Head Coach O'Quinn led the team to the Elite 8 State Tournament in 2013 (advancing to Final 4) and the school's first volleyball state championship in 2014.

Senior outside hitter Sara Carr received the Most Valuable Player award, and seniors Sara Chandler Mitchell and Payton Selman plus junior Emmy Kilgore were named to the state all-tournament team.

The Lady Spartans finished the 2015 season with a record of 57-6 and went 9-0 in sets at the state tournament.

The House of Representatives recognizes, honors, and commends the team and coaches for their determination and competitive spirit in winning the 2015 Class 7A Championship.
