Commends William Ronald Parker, III, of Vestavia Hills, Alabama, for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America.

Recognizes that the Eagle Scout Award is earned by only 4 to 5 percent of scouts and requires completion of an Eagle Project plus many years of diligence.

Notes Parker is a member of Troop 4 and will receive his award during a Court of Honor Ceremony on February 28, 2016.

Acknowledges Parker's demonstrated characteristics of trustworthiness, self-discipline, and good citizenship earned through the scouting program.

Extends the warm personal regards of the Alabama House of Representatives and the citizens of the State of Alabama to Parker for his outstanding accomplishment.
