Honors Ms. Alma Turner on the occasion of the 108th Founder's Day Celebration of the Iota Mu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., held on February 28, 2016.

Recognizes Ms. Turner's career as a Juvenile Probation Officer with the Family Court of Calhoun County and her retirement on January 1, 2016, after accumulating many years of experience working with families in distress.

Acknowledges her service on multiple boards and organizations including the Anniston Community Education Foundation, West Anniston Foundation, and various justice and community associations.

Notes Ms. Turner earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Miles College and a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Jacksonville State University.

Commends Ms. Turner for embodying the principles of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and offers this resolution as tribute with best wishes for her future success.
