Records that as a junior in the 2015 season, Howard earned Offensive MVP honors in Alabama's College Football Playoff National Championship victory over Clemson with 5 receptions for 208 yards and 2 touchdowns, and collected 33 catches for 394 yards with an 11.9 yards per catch average during the season.

Notes Howard is a native of Autaugaville who volunteers in his community and has received academic honors including SEC honor roll, Student Athlete of the Week, Ozzie Newsome Award, Most Improved Freshman, and John Mackey semi-finalist selection.
