SB102 Summary

• Allows alcoholic beverage licensees holding valid licenses and current on all fees to relocate from one location to another with local governing jurisdiction approval.

• Eliminates the requirement to pay additional fees, reapply for a license, or undergo re-inspection by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board when relocating.

• Applies to licensees selling alcoholic beverages including beer in unopened containers for off-premises consumption.

• Takes effect on the first day of the third month following passage and Governor approval.
