• Requires permit holders to transfer charitable or educational proceeds to designated agencies at the end of each calendar quarter or place proceeds in an interest-bearing trust account.

• Permits holders must be organizations that can receive no more than one permit annually and may conduct no more than six bingo sessions per calendar week, with each session not exceeding 10 hours.

• Prohibits anyone under 19 years old from playing bingo unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, and prohibits those under 19 from conducting or assisting in bingo operations.
