Proposes a constitutional amendment limiting Alabama Senate members to three consecutive full terms and House of Representatives members to three consecutive full terms.

Defines an election to either chamber for at least two years as equivalent to one full term for purposes of calculating term limits.

Exempts all legislative service prior to November 2016 from counting toward the three-term limit, allowing current legislators to continue serving without disqualification.

Requires the amendment to be approved by a majority of qualified electors voting in a statewide election conducted under Alabama constitutional provisions.

Directs election officials to place the amendment on ballots with a simple yes or no option describing the three-consecutive-term limit for both chambers.
