Appropriates $169,633 from the State General Fund to the Coalition Against Domestic Violence for fiscal year ending September 30, 2017.

Requires submission of an operations plan for fiscal year 2017 and an audited financial statement for fiscal year 2015 to the Director of Finance before any funds are released.

Mandates quarterly reports to the Director of Finance detailing actual expenditures and accomplishments during fiscal year 2017.

Requires an end-of-year performance report for fiscal year 2017 to the Director of Finance documenting work accomplished, services provided, costs, and meaningful measures of program effectiveness.

Becomes effective October 1, 2016, with all required reports forwarded to the Legislative Council by the Director of Finance in a timely manner.
