• Mandates TNCs provide written disclosure to drivers regarding insurance coverage types, limits, and notice that personal auto insurance may not cover TNC activities.

• Allows traditional auto insurers to exclude coverage for vehicles used as TNCs without violating motor vehicle safety responsibility requirements, and prohibits coverage under TNC policies from being dependent on personal insurers first denying claims.
