Amends Section 9-11-54 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to expand eligibility for disabled fishing and hunting licenses to include children under 21 years of age who previously received Social Security disability benefits based on disability and family circumstances but became disqualified due to a change in family circumstances.

Children under 21 who lost federal disability benefits due to changes in family circumstances may continue to purchase disabled fishing or hunting licenses at reduced cost until reaching age 21.

Annual license fees remain $5 for hunting licenses, $2 for freshwater fishing licenses, and $2 for saltwater fishing licenses, plus a $1 issuance fee.

Applicants must have been a bona fide Alabama resident for at least 90 days prior to application and must provide evidence of disability benefits as required by rule.

The act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
