AL SB357

Authorizes nonresident students aged 17-23 enrolled full-time at Alabama institutions of higher education to purchase resident hunting, fishing, or combination licenses at resident rates.

Eligible students receive the same privileges and pay the same fees as resident license holders, except lifetime licenses are excluded from this provision.

Applies only to noncommercial licenses issued under Chapters 11 and 12 of Alabama Code.

Requires nonresident students to submit proof of enrollment status according to rules established by the Commissioner of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
