Renames the deputy circuit clerk serving the Bessemer Cut-off Division of the Tenth Judicial Circuit to "Circuit Clerk of the Bessemer Division."

Amends Sections 12-17-80 and 12-17-98 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to reflect the new title throughout applicable statutes.

The Circuit Clerk of the Bessemer Division shall retain all duties, responsibilities, and authorities previously held by the deputy circuit clerk position.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
