Proposes a constitutional amendment to Alabama's Constitution of 1901 to grant absolute judicial immunity to municipal court judges, magistrates, and clerks of court for discretionary acts taken in their official capacity.

Extends the same judicial immunity protections currently provided to circuit and district court judges, magistrates, and clerks of court to their municipal court counterparts.

Amendment becomes effective upon approval by a majority of qualified electors voting on the measure and in accordance with Sections 284, 285, and 287 of the Alabama Constitution.

Requires election officials to place the amendment on the ballot with a specific description of the measure and provide voters with "Yes" and "No" voting options.

Election shall be held in accordance with Sections 284 and 285 of the Alabama Constitution and state election laws.
