• Continues the existence and functioning of the Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board until October 1, 2020, pursuant to the Alabama Sunset Law.

• Preserves Code of Alabama 1975, Sections 34-27A-1 to 34-27A-63, which establish the Board's authority and operations.

• Adopts the Alabama Sunset Committee's recommendation to continue the Board rather than terminate or modify it.

• Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
