Continues the existence and functioning of the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board until October 1, 2020, pursuant to the Alabama Sunset Law.

Preserves the enabling code sections 28-1-1 to 28-11-15 of the Code of Alabama 1975 that created and govern the Board.

Implements the Alabama Sunset Committee's recommendation to continue the Board after its periodic review process.

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or otherwise becoming law.
