Continues the existence and functioning of the State Board of Auctioneers until October 1, 2020, pursuant to Alabama's Sunset Law review process.

Preserves Sections 34-4-1 to 34-4-54 of the Code of Alabama 1975, which establish and govern the State Board of Auctioneers.

Implements the recommendation of the Alabama Sunset Committee to continue the State Board of Auctioneers rather than terminate or modify it.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon becoming law.
