Proposes a local constitutional amendment for Tallapoosa County that raises the age limit for the Judge of Probate from 70 years to 72 years.

Allows individuals not over age 72 at the time of qualifying for election or at the time of appointment to be elected or appointed to the office of Judge of Probate of Tallapoosa County.

Amendment would supersede Section 155 of the Official Recompilation of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901 (formerly Amendment 328, Section 6.16).

Election on the proposed amendment shall be conducted according to Amendment 555 to the Alabama Constitution and state election laws.

Election officials shall assign a ballot number and include a description of the amendment on the ballot with "Yes ( ) No ( )" voting options.
