• Posthumously honors the Haynes Lifeflight helicopter crew from Southeast Alabama who crashed in Goodman, Alabama on March 26, 2016.

• Recognizes pilot Chad Hammond (age 29), nurse Stasi Cernadas (age 38), and flight medic Jason Snipes (age 34), who were killed along with patient Zach Strickland (age 27) in the crash approximately a half-mile from the accident scene they were responding to.

• Documents the professional accomplishments and personal character of each crew member, including Hammond's FAA certification, Cernadas' background as a trauma nurse and flight nurse, and Snipes' reputation for compassionate patient care.

• Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to the friends and family of each crew member in tribute to their heroic sacrifice and professional dedication.

• Adopted by the Senate on May 3, 2016 and the House on May 4, 2016.
