• Urges the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) to amend or repeal Section 6 of its 2015-2016 Handbook, specifically the Outside Participation Rule, the Independent Rule, and the Fifty Percent Rule.

• Prohibits the AHSAA from preventing K-12 students enrolled in public or nonpublic schools from participating in school extracurricular athletics based on their participation in community athletic teams.
