Commends the Tuskegee Airmen, nearly 1,000 African American aviators who trained at Tuskegee Institute and Moton Field during World War II and became the first Black pilots in American military history.

Recognizes the 332nd Fighter Group's combat performance, which lost significantly fewer bombers than other fighter escort groups and saved countless bomber crew lives.

Acknowledges the Tuskegee Airmen's collective award of the Congressional Gold Medal by President George W. Bush in March 2007 in tribute to their valor and service.

Honors a 75th anniversary celebration scheduled for March 22, 2016, at the Renaissance Hotel in Montgomery, Alabama, recognizing their service despite facing racism at home while fighting Nazis overseas.

Directs the Alabama Legislature to express highest recognition of the Tuskegee Airmen's contributions to the nation and freedoms enjoyed by all Americans.
