Amends Senate Rule 48(a)(3) to increase the maximum membership of the Committee on Finance and Taxation General Fund from 13 to 15 members.

The Committee on Finance and Taxation General Fund handles bills and matters concerning State General Fund revenues, appropriations, expenditures, state bond issues, and public debts.

The Committee's jurisdiction includes measures requiring new expenditures, increases in appropriations, or reductions in state revenue, as well as comprehensive accountability of all General Fund-supported departments and entities.

The Committee maintains oversight of competent expenditures of all monies appropriated from the General Fund Budget and performance accountability at all levels.
