Applies only to the City of Jacksonville in Calhoun County and authorizes daily sales of alcoholic beverages by Alcoholic Beverage Control Board retail licensees subject to majority approval by the city's governing body.

Permits on-premises consumption sales each day of the week if approved by majority vote of the city governing body.

Permits off-premises consumption sales each day of the week if approved by majority vote of the city governing body.

Allows the city's governing body to regulate but not prohibit alcoholic beverage sales for both on-premises and off-premises consumption through resolution or ordinance passed by simple majority.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
