• Authorizes the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages, including draft and keg beer, by licensed entities in the new district types without requiring compliance with other state alcoholic beverage regulations.

• Requires a one-time filing fee of $500 payable to the county for articles of establishment and certificate issuance for these new community development districts.

• Allows alcoholic beverage sales seven days a week in the new district types if approved by a majority of the board of control.
