Provides Henry County Revenue Commissioner with an annual expense allowance of $5,000 payable in equal monthly installments, in addition to all other compensation.

Effective beginning the next term of office, increases the Revenue Commissioner's annual salary by $5,000 and eliminates the expense allowance.

Revenue Commissioner continues to receive any cost-of-living or other salary increases granted by the county commission to other elected officials.

Requires the Revenue Commissioner to combine all budgetary operations and functions previously divided between the tax assessor and tax collector offices, with expenses allocated on a pro rata basis.

Any funds retained from combining budgetary operations shall be used solely for operation of the Revenue Commissioner's office subject to county commission budget approval.
