Transfers the Marine Police Division from the Department of Public Safety/Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency back to the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, reversing a 2015 transfer.

Eliminates the Marine Police Division as a division within the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval.

All functions, powers, duties, jurisdiction, books, records, funds, equipment, and personnel of the Marine Police Division transfer to the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources on the effective date.

The Marine Police Division shall operate within the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources in the same manner it functioned prior to January 1, 2015.

Amends Section 41-27-6 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to reflect the removal of Marine Police Division provisions from the Department of Public Safety statute.
