• Amends Alabama Code Sections 9-11-244 and 9-11-245 to allow hunting whitetail deer or feral swine with bait on privately owned or leased lands when a bait privilege license is purchased.

• Establishes an annual bait privilege license fee of $14 plus a $1 issuance fee, with fees subject to adjustment under Section 9-11-68.

• Requires all hunters using bait for deer or feral swine to obtain the bait privilege license, including those otherwise exempt from purchasing a hunting license.
