Alters, rearranges, and extends the corporate limits and boundary lines of the City of Daphne in Baldwin County to annex four specified parcels of land.

Parcel 1 contains 1.37 acres on Broadway/AL Highway 181, located per Real Property Book 547 Page 1238 and Instrument #492517.

Parcel 2 contains 20.0 acres in Baldwin County, Alabama, with detailed metes and bounds description starting from Section 10, Township 5 South, Range 2 East.

Parcel 3 contains 1 acre in the Northeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 4 South, Range 2 East, excepting any previously conveyed or reserved oil, gas, and other minerals.

Parcel 4 contains 4.67 acres commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 03, Township 5 South, Range 2 East, with a detailed boundary description along Lawson Road.

A map showing the proposed annexed territory is filed in the Baldwin County Probate Judge's office and is open for public inspection.

Act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
