Authorizes drivers involved in accidents with no apparent injury or death to immediately move drivable vehicles from the roadway to the shoulder, emergency lane, median, or nearby location if the vehicle can be safely moved.

Requires drivers involved in accidents resulting in injury or death to remain at the scene until fulfilling reporting requirements under Section 32-10-2.

Authorizes employees of the Department of Transportation and Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency to move, require movement of, or assist in moving vehicles disabled by accidents when the vehicle creates a traffic hazard or obstructs traffic.

Prohibits movement of disabled vehicles involved in accidents with injury or death to any person until directed by a law enforcement officer.

Provides immunity to the Department of Transportation and Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency for damages caused by moving vehicles, and subjects department employees to Section 36-1-12 regarding claims.
