Provides civil immunity from motor vehicle damage liability for a person who forcibly enters a vehicle to rescue a child or incapacitated person.

Requires the rescuer to determine the vehicle is locked or the occupant cannot exit without assistance.

Requires the rescuer to have good faith and reasonable belief that entry is necessary because the child or incapacitated person faces imminent danger of harm.

Requires the rescuer to notify law enforcement or call 911 before or immediately after entering the vehicle and to use only necessary force.

Requires the rescuer to remain with the rescued person in a safe location near the vehicle until law enforcement or first responders arrive.
