• Allows vessel owners to purchase one-year distinctive identification stickers showing support for organizations approved for distinctive motor vehicle license tags, contingent on Joint Legislative Oversight Committee approval and applicant qualifying for corresponding distinctive license plate.

• Establishes a $50 additional cost for distinctive vessel identification stickers, with proceeds distributed to production/processing costs (14%), application processing costs (6%), sponsoring organization (50%), and state parks operation (50%).

• Requires the $2 issuance fee from distinctive sticker sales to be collected by county licensing officials for equipment, maintenance, and office improvements.

• Allows replacement stickers for damaged or lost distinctive identification stickers for up to $15 per sticker plus a $2 issuance fee, with proceeds distributed using the same formula as new sticker sales.

• Becomes effective January 1, 2018.
