Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the municipality of Elberta in Baldwin County, Alabama.

Annexes the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 7 South, Range 5 East, Baldwin County, Alabama to the municipality.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexation territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County and made available for public inspection.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
