Authorizes the City of Stevenson in Jackson County to regulate and permit the sale of alcoholic beverages during certain hours on Sunday.

City council may adopt a resolution by majority vote to establish the specific hours for Sunday alcohol sales.

Only properly licensed retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and the City of Stevenson may sell alcohol during the authorized Sunday hours.

Sales must be to the general public in the city.

The act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor or upon otherwise becoming law.
