Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the municipality of Hayden in Blount County, Alabama to include five additional tracts of land.

Tract 1 contains 38.51 acres located in the Northeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter and Northwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 13 South, Range 2 West.

Tract 2 contains 1.64 acres in the Southwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 13 South, Range 2 West.

Tracts 3, 4, and 5 include Tract 85 of Smoke Rise Sector One (recorded in Map/Plat Record Vol. 2-A Page 297), plus two parcels totaling 1.88 acres in the NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 13 South, Range 2 West.

A map showing the proposed annexation territory is filed in the Blount County Judge of Probate office and is open for public inspection; the act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval.
