Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the municipality of Hytop in Jackson County, Alabama.

Annexes Tract 1: the right-of-way on State Highway 79 from the South boundary of Hytop South to where State Highway 79 intersects State Highway 146.

Annexes Tract 2: the right-of-way on State Highway 79 North from the North boundary of Hytop North to the Tennessee state line.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexation territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Jackson County and made available for public inspection, per Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
