Alters and extends the corporate limits of the City of Gulf Shores in Baldwin County, Alabama to annex the County Road 8 East Area.

Defines the annexation boundary beginning at the intersection of Section 29 (Township 8 South, Range 4 East) and Alabama Highway 59, extending through multiple sections and including land bounded by the Foley Beach Express and surrounding county roads.

Lists 71 parcel identification numbers included wholly or partially in the annexation, including parcels numbered 2551, 6193, 6828, and continuing through parcel 343645.

Requires a map of the proposed annexation territory to be maintained on file in the Baldwin County Judge of Probate's office for public inspection.

Does not extend the police jurisdiction of the City of Gulf Shores and becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
