Grants absolute judicial immunity to magistrates and clerks of circuit and district courts in Alabama from civil lawsuits arising from the exercise of judicial functions.

Defines "judicial function" as any duty requiring discretion by a magistrate or clerk, including probable cause hearings, issuance and recall of arrest warrants and summonses, initial appearance hearings, and bail hearings.

Extends immunity to any pretrial release hearings conducted by circuit or district court magistrates as mandated by statute, Alabama Rules of Criminal Procedure, or Alabama Rules of Judicial Administration.

Covers any future judicial functions created by subsequent legislation or rules adopted by the Alabama Supreme Court.

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor, or upon becoming law by other means.
