• Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Trussville in Jefferson County and St. Clair County.

• Annexes a parcel of land situated in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 16, Range 1 East, in St. Clair County, Alabama, as described by specific survey coordinates and distances.

• Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Jefferson County and St. Clair County and made available for public inspection, in accordance with Section 11-42-6(b) of the Code of Alabama 1975.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
