Amends Section 32-6-233.1 of the Alabama Code to make the display of fine amounts on disability parking signs optional rather than mandatory.

Changes language from "shall" to "may" regarding whether signs designating special access or disability parking places must contain the amount of the fine for violations.

Maintains existing penalties for illegal disability parking: minimum $50 for first offense, $200 for second offense, and $500 for third or subsequent offenses.

Requires 40 hours of community service for second and subsequent offenses, with options to serve nonprofits serving the disabled community or organizations addressing disability needs.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
