Extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Foley in Baldwin County to include 13 additional tracts of land identified by property record references and PIN numbers.

Tract 1 contains 40.0 acres in Section 21, Township 8 South, Range 4 East (Pin 20853-Horne).

Tracts 2 through 13 comprise additional parcels ranging from approximately 4.04 to 9.04 acres located in Sections 15, 16, and 21 of Township 8 South, Range 4 East in Baldwin County.

A map showing the territory proposed for annexation is on file in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County and is open for public inspection per Alabama Code Section 11-42-6(b).

The act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following its passage and approval by the Governor.
