Provides an additional expense allowance of $20,000 per annum to the Baldwin County Revenue Commissioner, effective the first day of the month following the bill's passage.

The expense allowance is paid in equal monthly installments from the general fund of Baldwin County and is in addition to all other existing compensation.

Beginning when the current revenue commissioner's term expires, the annual salary for the position shall be increased by $20,000 per annum, paid in equal monthly installments from the general fund.

When the salary increase takes effect upon the incumbent commissioner's term expiration, the temporary expense allowance provision becomes null and void.

The act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor.
